Our warehouse is now open and fulfilling our customer’s orders during the Coronavirus pandemic.In order to remain open and to ensure the wellbeing of our warehouse staff we’ve had to make some changes which have unfortunately affected our dispatch times. We’ve enforced increased safety measures, limited staff per areas and social distancing rules. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer collections from Australia post, limited domestic flights and increased volumes as more people are now shopping online.Our warehouse staff are continuing to work tirelessly under these difficult circumstances and are doing all they can to ensure our orders are fulfilled as fast as possible. We thank everyone for their patience during this time and appreciate the ongoing support.

I didn't receive my package, what do I do?

All packages will have a tracking number when shipped. In the rare occurrence that a package says delivered but has not been received, please note the following factors:

Incorrect shipping details: We print every shipping label exactly as written when you placed your order. If you have made an error, please email us at orders@glamologybeauty.com.au ASAP ! Unfortunately. if your order has already been processed and dispatched, there is not much we can do and recommend contacting the Australia Post personally.

Stolen: Sadly, it can happen. Please make sure you track the order so you are available when to receive it. Glamology Beauty will not be responsible for lost or stolen products once delivered. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Our magnetic liner does not come with the lash with the exception of our lash kits. Each kit offers a bulk discount for getting 2+ lashes and magnetic liner! Check our lash kits out here.

The lifespan of the eyeliner is 6 months after opening. If you care for the eyelashes properly, they can last over 30+ times. Make sure you clean the magnets on the lash after every use and to magnetize it back into lash tray! Avoid water contact with the lashes as they will lose their curl and shape. 

Yes, all our products have been tested for safety. Our eyeliner has the same types of ingredients you might see in other liners or mascara. What makes our liner magnetic is our iron oxide ingredient. There are no heavy metals or parabens in our formula. Iron oxide is a cosmetic ingredient commonly used for pigment and is rated as non-toxic according to EWG’s skin deep profile. Of course, as with any eye cosmetic products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, consult your doctor.

Yes, we recommend you apply mascara then curl with eyelash curler before applying Glamology Magnetic lashes so your natural eyelashes are more blended in with the lashes! We don’t recommend putting mascara directly on the mink lashes as it will distort the shape and form of the lash and shorten the lifespan of the lash.

Apply an even coat of eyeliner, the same thickness as the magnets and make sure it's 80% dried before magnetizing lashes for optimal hold! If reusing lashes, you may have remnants of mascara or eyeliner stuck onto the tiny magnets. If you notice this, you can scratch it off with your nail or use makeup remover on a q-tip or a makeup wipe and gently wipe it off.

Simply pull the false eyelash off and away from the eyelid. There will be no pulling of your natural eyelashes. If you notice clumps from the eyeliner or mascara on the magnets, gently scratch it off with your nail on each of the magnets. To clean the liner off your eyelid use waterproof oil based makeup remover, micellar water, or coconut oil.

Yes, please apply a coat over your eyeliner and wait to dry before applying another set of eyelashes.

Our magnetic lashes are mink or faux mink lash style which is made from high quality synthetic fibers. Our brush is made from plastic fiber.  Our Mink lashes are 100 per cent cruelty-free and safely collected from a free-range farm which is taken only after the minks have been brushed. 

All orders are processed within 24 hours or less. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at support@glamologybeauty.com.au or DM us @glamology.beauty within 1 hour of order placement to cancel your order.

We are so confident you are going to adore our product. We will replace any defective items when reported within 14 days of receiving. Products can only be returned for a full refund if faulty, however all eyelashes and eyeliners will be inspected by our team before sending to you. Used looking products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.Postage costs and  return postage costs are not covered by Glamology Beauty . We do not accept change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
